Radiation Therapist

Contract: Fixed Term – ending March 2028
Location: Ireland

We are currently recruiting for a Radiation Therapist to join a multidisciplinary clinical team providing high-quality, patient-centred radiotherapy care.

Key Duties

• Deliver radiotherapy treatments safely and accurately in line with treatment plans.
• Provide compassionate care and support to patients throughout their treatment.
• Monitor patients and manage treatment-related side effects within scope of practice.
• Complete treatment verification, simulation and clinical documentation.
• Maintain patient safety, confidentiality and accurate records.
• Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in quality assurance, audits and continuous professional development.
• Support students and colleagues as required.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Radiation Therapy/Radiation Therapy Technology.
• CORU registration or eligibility for registration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• A strong commitment to patient care and professional development.
• Previous experience is desirable, but all suitably qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
