We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Occupational Health Nurses to join our clients’ expanding teams, supporting a portfolio of leading pharmaceutical companies and large multinational organisations across Dublin.

Responsibilities may include:

• Providing occupational health assessments and advice to employees and management.
• Health surveillance and screening programmes.
• Pre-employment and fitness-to-work assessments.
• Supporting absence management and return-to-work programmes.
• Advising on workplace health, wellbeing and health promotion.
• Assessing and managing work-related health concerns.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential occupational health records.
• Working closely with HR, management and other healthcare professionals.
• Supporting health and wellbeing initiatives within client organisations.
• Ensuring all occupational health activity is delivered in accordance with professional standards and relevant legislation.

What We Are Looking For

• Registered General Nurse with current NMBI registration.
• Occupational Health experience is highly desirable.
• Experience in a corporate, industrial, pharmaceutical or healthcare environment would be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a wider occupational health team.
• Professional, confidential and employee-focused approach.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
