Occupational Therapist - Staff Grade - Dublin

Cpl Healthcare, in partnership with the Children's Disability Network Team (CDNT) based in Dublin North City &amp; County, are seeking Staff Grade Occupational Therapists to join their team.The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide specialist Occupational Therapy services to children and young people with complex disabilities, working closely with families and carers to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children.Job Purpose<ul><li>Work in line with team service plans and objectives and within established professional standards, guidelines and policy.</li><li>Support assessment and interventions in line with principles of Children’s Disability Network Teams.</li><li>Provide therapeutic services to children and young people (0 -18 years) with a range of complex needs arising from a disability and whom are living within the community</li><li>Strong emphasis on interdisciplinary team working and family centred practice as per the principles of Progressing Disabilities for Children and Young People.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy or equivalent</li><li>CORU registration or eligibility to register with CORU</li><li>Minimum of 1 years post-qualification experience, with paediatrics and experience working with children with complex disabilities</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other professionals</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities</li><li>Experience in clinical supervision and leadership is desirable</li><li>Full driving license and access to a car is essential</li></ul>Job Offer:<ul><li>Full, time permanent opportunity</li><li>Generous salary based on experience (based off HSE Payscales)</li><li>Visa sponsorship for eligible international candidates</li><li>Relocation package for eligible international candidates</li></ul>If you are passionate about providing high-quality Occupational Therapy services to children and young people with complex disabilities, and meet the requirements outlined above, we would love to hear from you.Contact Zoe Lawlor today:Email:&nbsp;<a href="mailto:zoe.lawlor@cplhealthcare.com" target="_blank">zoe.lawlor@cplhealthcare.com</a>Call : +353 1 947 6238
