You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to assess, treat, and support patients with a variety of conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and age-related conditions.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and treatments for older adults with a range of conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and age-related disorders.</li><li>Collaborate with other senior healthcare professionals, including Occupational Therapists and Speech and Language Therapists, to deliver patient-centred care.</li><li>Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to support rehabilitation and improve patients' overall quality of life.</li><li>Promote early discharge from hospitals and facilitate reablement interventions for patients in the community.</li><li>Work closely with GPs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.</li><li>Contribute to the development of service delivery and quality improvement initiatives.</li><li>Engage in ongoing supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance your expertise.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>BSc in Physiotherapy.</li><li>CORU registration as a Physiotherapist.</li><li>A minimum of three years of post-graduate Physiotherapy experience, with at least one year at Senior level (experience in a community or rehabilitation setting is preferred).</li><li>Strong experience in rehabilitation, falls prevention, musculoskeletal, and/or neurological physiotherapy.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and leadership.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>A full clean driver's license and access to a car for community visits.</li></ul>How to Apply: If you are a Senior Physiotherapist looking for more information or wish to apply, please contact Charlene Cooke via email at or by phone at +353 89 9455139.We look forward to hearing from you!EXCLCHAR
