Working closely with Persons in Charge (PICs) and the wider management team, you will ensure compliance with HIQA regulations, drive continuous improvement, and promote a culture of learning and person-centred care.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and support PICs in maintaining high standards of care and compliance</li><li>Implement quality assurance systems, audits, and improvement plans</li><li>Act as subject matter expert on governance, compliance, and regulatory updates</li><li>Conduct audits across homes, provide feedback, and oversee corrective actions</li><li>Review and implement policies and procedures across the group</li><li>Mentor PICs and staff in clinical governance and compliance best practices</li><li>Monitor safeguarding, incident reporting, risk registers, and complaints</li><li>Prepare quality and compliance reports for the Executive Team and Board</li><li>Contribute to strategic planning and service excellence initiatives</li></ul>&nbsp;Essential Requirements<ul><li>Registered Nurse with current NMBI registration</li><li>Postgraduate qualification in healthcare management, quality improvement, or clinical governance</li><li>3–5 years’ experience in a healthcare quality, governance, or compliance role</li><li>Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and person-centred care frameworks</li><li>Experience in auditing, risk management, and compliance reporting</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills</li><li>Full Irish driver’s licence and willingness to travel</li></ul>&nbsp;Desirable<ul><li>Qualification in auditing or risk management</li></ul>
