Our client’s healthcare team is focused on assisting their clients to live as independently as possible in the comfort of their own homes.Based out of Tipperary, this role plays a critical part in assessing Clients suitability for receiving healthcare services in their homes. Working closely with medical professionals and other healthcare providers, the Homecare Assessor evaluates Clients medical conditions, assesses their needs, and determines the appropriate level of care and support required for home-based treatment.
