About the Role
As a Senior OT, you will play a pivotal role in supporting service users to achieve greater independence, stability and quality of life. Working directly with individuals in their own homes and communities, you will assess needs, develop tailored interventions and empower service users to build the practical skills required for sustainable recovery.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments in line with individual needs.
- Develop, implement and review person-centred care and recovery plans.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions that promote functional recovery and independent living.
- Support service users in developing day-to-day living skills and community integration.
- Build trusting, respectful relationships with individuals who may have experienced significant trauma and social exclusion.
- Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to identify, prioritise and address service user needs.
- Adapt recovery-focused interventions to support each individual's goals and circumstances.
- Advocate for service users and support them in achieving greater stability, independence and wellbeing.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Current registration with CORU.
- A minimum of 3 years' post-qualification clinical experience.
- Experience in mental health services and/or working with individuals from marginalised or socially excluded backgrounds.
- A strong understanding of recovery-oriented and trauma-informed approaches.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and teamwork skills.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland.
- A full clean driver's licence and access to a vehicle.

Salary range
- €63,912 - €68,073 per year
