As a Social Care Worker, you will play a key role in supporting young people within a residential setting, helping them to build confidence, develop independence and achieve positive outcomes.

Essential Requirements
Applicants must have:
- A recognised qualification in Social Care or a related discipline.
- CORU Registration (or eligibility for registration).
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working within social care or a related setting.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong professional boundaries and emotional resilience.
- Commitment to trauma-informed, child-centred and rights-based practice.
- Flexibility to work a rolling shift pattern.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland.
- Satisfactory Garda Vetting.
