Excel Healthcare is currently recruiting Psychiatric Nurses, General Nurses and Intellectual Disability Nurses for temporary agency shifts across North Dublin and South Dublin.

We have a range of opportunities across mental health, general and intellectual disability services, with both full-time and part-time agency hours available.

· Intellectual Disability Nurses

This is a fantastic opportunity for Registered Nurses who are looking to move into full-time agency work or fit flexible shifts around a permanent role. With ongoing work available across Dublin, you can choose shifts that suit your availability, experience and preferred area of work.

For some Dublin opportunities, at least one year of experience working in a low-threshold environment, such as homelessness or addiction services, is highly desirable. Experience with wound dressing and training in the administration of Naloxone would also be beneficial for these roles.

Pay is based on the HSE pay scale and will vary depending on experience. Verification of service is required for HSE pay scale placement.

Requirements

· Registered with NMBI

· Recognised Nursing Qualification

· Relevant mandatory healthcare certifications

· Relevant nursing experience

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Reliable and punctual

Responsibilities

· Providing high-quality patient and service-user care

· Working in line with HIQA, MHC and HSE standards

· Supporting individuals according to their care needs

· Maintaining accurate documentation

· Working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

· Providing a professional and person-centred standard of care
