This organisation delivers high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with complex needs, including Intellectual Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Conditions, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), and enduring Mental Health difficulties.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications:

• RGN status with active NMBI registration
• Minimum 2 years’ post-registration experience in residential, community, or mental health settings
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and multidisciplinary teamwork skills
• Proven hands-on experience in diabetes management (blood glucose monitoring & insulin administration)
