Key responsibilities:

• Administer medication safely and in accordance with established procedures
• Assess and manage the individual needs of patients and residents effectively
• Deliver consistently high standards of person-centred care
• Collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Apply a strong working knowledge of HIQA standards
• Maintain strict confidentiality while working with our clients

Essential requirements:

• Previous nursing experience is desirable
• Valid permission to work in Ireland
• Access to your own transport is desirable but not essential
