Are you a newly qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) looking to begin your nursing career in a supportive acute hospital environment?
Cpl Healthcare is currently recruiting for a well-established Dublin hospital seeking Graduate Staff Nurses to join its structured graduate nursing programme.
This 12-month programme is designed to support newly qualified nurses as they transition from education into professional practice. Successful candidates will gain experience across medical and surgical settings while receiving ongoing support, training, and development from experienced clinical teams.
The programme aims to help participants build the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to provide safe, effective, and patient-centred care while establishing a strong foundation for their nursing career.
Requirements
- Degree in General Nursing (RGN)
- Full NMBI registration (or due to obtain registration shortly)
- Commitment to completing the full 12-month programme
- Permission to work in Ireland (EU citizenship, Stamp 1G or Stamp 4)
- Available to commence employment in the coming months

Hours of work are based on a 37.5-hour week, working rostered shifts according to service requirements.
