Role: Senior or Staff Grade Clinical Psychologist
Job Type: Fixed Term contract with potential for extension
Full or Part Time options available

Location: South Dublin

TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Clinical Psychologist on behalf of a specialist mental health service in South Dublin. This is a Fixed Term contract within a multidisciplinary team providing care and rehabilitation to adults with complex mental health needs.

This service operates under a human rights-based, recovery-focused model of care, with a strong emphasis on quality, person-centred support, and evidence-based practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality psychological assessments, formulations, and interventions to adults with severe and enduring mental health difficulties.

  • Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care and recovery plans.

  • Support service users in line with national policy and regulatory frameworks.

  • Contribute to service development, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.

  • Provide supervision to trainees or assistant psychologists as appropriate.

Essential Requirements:

  • Hold a recognised postgraduate qualification in Clinical Psychology (Doctorate level or equivalent)

  • Be a registered member of the Psychological Society of Ireland or eligible for registration

  • Minimum 2 year’s post-qualification experience working in adult mental health

  • Experience with complex presentations including psychosis, mood disorders, and neurocognitive disorders

  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and report-writing skills

Desirable:

  • Experience in a rehabilitation or recovery-focused mental health service

  • Training in specific therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT

  • Interest in service development or research initiatives
