Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the nursing team in delivering high-quality care
• Promote best practice clinical standards and person-centred care
• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff
• Coordinate care plans and multidisciplinary team communication
• Participate in service development, quality improvement, and safeguarding processes
• Support service users with complex health, addiction, and social care needs

Requirements:

• Active NMBI Registration as a General Nurse
• Minimum 3 years post-registration nursing experience
• At least 2 years experience in a leadership, supervisory, or managerial role
• Strong clinical, organisational, and communication skills
• Experience working within community services, homelessness, addiction, or complex care desirable
• Eligibility to work in Ireland
