Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) – Nursing Home / Elderly Residential Care

We are recruiting a Clinical Nurse Manager to support the delivery and coordination of resident care within an elderly residential / nursing home setting. The CNM will provide clinical leadership, oversee care standards, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the nursing and care team to maintain high standards of person-centred care.

• Ensure all care is provided with dignity, respect, and individualised support.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure adherence to HIQA Standards and regulatory requirements.

• Support staff supervision, induction, and ongoing professional development.

• Participate in internal quality audits and assist in inspection readiness.

• Liaise with residents, families, multidisciplinary teams, and external healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).

• Previous experience in a senior nursing leadership role within an elderly or residential setting.

• Strong awareness of safeguarding, HIQA compliance, and best practice care standards.

• Leadership, communication, and organisational capability.

Contract Type

• Permanent, full-time.

Pay / Salary
