Cpl Healthcare is seeking applications from experienced and motivated psychiatric nurses for a Clinical Nurse Manager 2 opportunity with a leading mental health service.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting clinical teams, maintaining high standards of patient care and promoting a culture of recovery-focused practice.
As a key member of the MDT, the successful candidate will provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing team, ensuring the delivery of safe, person-centred mental health care, while supporting staff development, supervision, and performance management.
Requirements:
- Active registration with NMBI as a Psychiatric Nurse
- Have a minimum of five years post-qualification experience, with at least 2 years working as Clinical Nurse Manager 1.
- Experience in a healthcare/hospital setting, including acute mental health care.
- Clinical experience in palliative care is desirable.
- Possess the requisite knowledge and ability including a high standard of clinical, managerial and administrative competencies.
- Demonstrate experience in managing staff, budgets and workforce planning.
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the Mental Health Commission requirements, leadership and governance.
- Demonstrate clinical experience in working within a team of clinicians and knowledge of the concepts and operations of Clinical Governance.
- Demonstrate ability to lead, teach, manage, participate in the practice education of students and registered nurses.
