Cpl Healthcare is seeking applications from experienced and motivated psychiatric nurses for a Clinical Nurse Manager 1 opportunity with a leading mental health service.
This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse leader looking to progress their career while making a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals accessing mental health services. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting clinical teams, maintaining high standards of patient care and promoting a culture of recovery-focused practice.
As a key member of the MDT, the successful candidate will provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing team, ensuring the delivery of safe, person-centred mental health care, while supporting staff development, supervision, and performance management.
Requirements:
- Active registration with NMBI as a Psychiatric Nurse (or relevant division)
- Relevant post-registration experience within mental health services
- Previous leadership or management experience desirable
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Demonstrated commitment to recovery-focused and person-centred care
- Ability to support and motivate teams in a dynamic clinical environment
