in a Community Group home, for a client in the Sligo area.

Duties
● Nursing care of adults with ID conditions in a residential setting
● Excellent communication skills
● Medication management
● Nursing assessments, completing and updating care plans
● Working with the MDT to facilitate the individual needs of residents.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s Degree in ID or General Nursing, and Active Registration with the Nursing
and Midwifery Board of Ireland
● Minimum 6 months post registration ID experience
● Eligible to work in Ireland
● Registered with Clarity Locums (or willing to register)

Salary range
- €37,000 - €54,000 per year
