<p>Cpl Healthcare, in partnership with a leading non-profit organization in Dublin, is recruiting a dedicated Project worker to join a team that provides crucial services to individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. This non-profit organization is committed to supporting people by offering access to food, respite, and guidance to help improve their social inclusion and overall well-being.</p><p><strong>Starting Salary:</strong> €36,687 - €39,856.49</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Work within the overall framework and objectives of the organization.</li><li>Follow the policies and procedures, including those specific to the Coffee Shop service.</li><li>Promote a safe and welcoming environment while adhering to the organization's standards and best practices.</li><li>Ensure the safety and welfare of all individuals, reporting any concerns to your line manager or the Health &amp; Safety Representative.</li><li>Engage with clients by observing behavior, providing assistance in emergencies, and maintaining proper records.</li><li>Support the daily operation of the Coffee Shop, including cleaning, record-keeping, and mentoring new staff.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to meet the needs of service users.</li><li>Participate in supervision sessions, team meetings, and training as required.</li><li>Contribute to continuous role development, ensuring that tasks are carried out effectively.</li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications and Experience:</h3><ul><li>A relevant third-level degree in social care (e.g., Youth Work, Social Studies, Addiction, Psychology).</li><li>At least 2 years of experience in the social care field, particularly with disadvantaged individuals.</li><li>Experience working with marginalized individuals who display high-risk or challenging behaviors.</li><li>Knowledge of issues affecting homeless individuals and their impact on emotional, physical, and psychological well-being.</li><li>Experience working within a team with shared goals.</li><li>Understanding of homeless services and child protection issues (desirable).</li></ul><p>This is an excellent opportunity to work in a meaningful role, supporting vulnerable individuals while being part of a dedicated and supportive team.</p><p>If you are interested in this role, please get in touch with Andrew O'Gorman today-</p><p>Email: <strong><a href="mailto:Andrew.ogorman@cplhealthcare.com" target="_blank">Andrew.ogorman@cplhealthcare.com</a></strong></p><p>Telephone: <strong>+353 87 0942681 / +353 1947 6375</strong></p>
