Cpl Healthcare, in partnership with our clients, is seeking passionate and experienced Senior Speech &amp; Language Therapists to join a dynamic team serving children and young people (0-18) with complex needs. These rewarding roles are based in Dublin North, Dublin North Central, and Dublin Northwest.What You’ll Do:<ul><li>Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs.</li><li>Design and deliver tailored therapy programs using evidence-based approaches.</li><li>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, psychologists, educators, and other professionals, to create integrated treatment plans.</li><li>Support families and caregivers with education and strategies to enhance communication at home.</li><li>Lead and contribute to the Assessment of Need (AON) process under the Disability Act.</li><li>Monitor progress and adapt interventions to ensure the best outcomes for your clients.</li><li>Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of assessments, progress, and treatment plans.</li></ul>Essential Requirements:<ul><li>Recognised qualification in Speech &amp; Language Therapy</li><li>Minimum of 3 years’ post-graduate experience working as a Speech &amp; Language Therapist with experience in paediatric physiotherapy.</li><li>CORU registration or eligible for CORU registration</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.</li><li>Work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.</li><li>Passion for working with children and young people with disabilities.</li><li>Driving license preferred</li></ul>Job Offer:<ul><li>Full, time permanent opportunity</li><li>Generous salary based on experience (based off HSE Payscales €63912 to €75254)</li><li>Visa sponsorship for eligible international candidates</li><li>Relocation package for eligible international candidates</li></ul>If you are passionate about providing high-quality Speech &amp; Language Therapy services to children and young people with complex disabilities, and meet the requirements outlined above, we would love to hear from you.Contact Zoe Lawlor today:Email:&nbsp;<a href="mailto:zoe.lawlor@cplhealthcare.com" target="_blank">zoe.lawlor@cplhealthcare.com</a>Call : +353 1 947 6238
