Social Care Worker - Children’s Service | Tipperary
Careconex is currently recruiting a Social Care Worker on behalf of a leading provider of children’s residential services in Tipperary.
This organisation delivers regulated residential care services under contract with Tusla and is committed to providing safe, nurturing, and child-centred environments where young people can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and emotional support to children and young people
- Implement individual Care Plans and Placement Plans
- Act as Keyworker and attend Child in Care Reviews
- Promote education, wellbeing, and positive life skills
- Maintain safeguarding and health & safety standards
- Complete daily records and reports
What You’ll Need:
- BA in Applied Social Care Work (Level 7/8) or equivalent
- CORU registered or in the process
- Full clean Driving Licence (desirable)
