As a Social Care Worker, you will play an essential role in helping these young individuals grow, become independent and overcome challenges as they progress. Daily tasks such as implementing behavioural support plans, liaising with colleagues and referral agents as well as contributing to the service's development will be some of the responsibilities of this role. Requirements: <ul>
<li>Level 7 or 8 in Social Care or Equivalent</li><li>Full licence and Car</li><li>Knowledge of the key elements of effective team working</li><li>Flexible to work 15 &amp; 24hr shifts</li></ul>
