Careconex is currently recruiting a Social Care Worker on behalf of a leading provider of children’s residential services in Tipperary.

This organisation delivers regulated residential care services under contract with Tusla and is committed to providing safe, nurturing, and child-centred environments where young people can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and emotional support to children and young people
• Implement individual Care Plans and Placement Plans
• Act as Keyworker and attend Child in Care Reviews
• Promote education, wellbeing, and positive life skills
• Maintain safeguarding and health & safety standards
• Complete daily records and reports

What You’ll Need:

• BA in Applied Social Care Work (Level 7/8) or equivalent
• CORU registered or in the process
• Full clean Driving Licence (desirable)
