Service Manager – Residential Care
📍 Clonmel, Co. Tipperary | Full-Time: Monday - Friday
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead a residential care service supporting young people aged 16–17 in a safe, structured, and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, support, and develop a high-performing residential team
- Ensure compliance with relevant childcare regulations and standards
- Oversee care planning, safeguarding, and service delivery
- Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, budgets, and reporting
- Collaborate with external agencies to support positive outcomes for young people
Requirements:
- CORU-approved Social Care qualification (or pending registration)
- Proven management experience within social care/residential settings
- Strong leadership, organisational, and report writing skills
- Experience working with at-risk young people
