Staff Nurse
CPL Healthcare is currently partnering with a leading nursing home in Urlingford, Kilkenny to recruit Staff Nurses for an exciting opportunity. We are seeking compassionate, motivated nurses who are looking to develop their careers within supportive and well-structured clinical environments.
This role is suitable for recently qualified nurses with some clinical experience as well as more experienced professionals seeking their next career move.
Locations: Urlingford, County Kilkenny
Position Type: Full-time, permanent roles available
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with best practice and clinical standards
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
- Support patient care planning and ongoing clinical assessments
- Ensure compliance with professional standards, policies and procedures
Candidate Requirements
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) or relevant nursing qualification
- Active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
- Strong clinical judgement and communication skills
- A compassionate and patient-centred approach to care
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
