We vigorously advocate for fairness, respect, equality, diversity, inclusion, and engagement, and are dedicated to ongoing enhancement in these areas.&nbsp;Role Overview&nbsp;As a Senior Speech &amp; Language Therapist, you will provide expert assessment and intervention to children and young people (0-18 years) and their families while leading clinical and service development within the team. You will supervise and mentor junior staff and students, contribute to research and quality improvement, and work across multiple settings including clinics, homes, schools, and community environments.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities&nbsp;<ul><li>Manage a complex caseload, delivering high-quality assessment, diagnosis, and intervention.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to staff grade Speech and Language Therapists and students.&nbsp;</li><li>Lead on service planning, innovation, and quality improvement within the discipline.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate within the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement coordinated, family-centred care plans.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain professional and ethical standards, including CORU registration and Children First compliance.&nbsp;</li><li>Represent the profession and Enable Ireland internally and externally.&nbsp;</li><li>Support and contribute to research, audits, and service evaluation initiatives.&nbsp;</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience&nbsp;Essential Criteria:&nbsp;<ul><li>Be registered, or be eligible for registration, on the Speech &amp; Language Therapists Register maintained by the Physiotherapists Registration Board at CORU.&nbsp;</li></ul>AND &nbsp;<ul><li>Have three years full time (or an aggregate of three years full time) post qualification clinical experience.&nbsp;</li></ul>AND&nbsp;<ul><li>Have the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and professional ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office.&nbsp;</li></ul>AND&nbsp;<ul><li>Provide proof of statutory registration on the Speech &amp; Language Therapists Register maintained by the Speech &amp; Language Therapists Registration Board at CORU before a contract of employment can be issued.&nbsp;</li><li>Annual Registration: On appointment practitioners must maintain annual registration on the Speech &amp; Language Therapists Register maintained by the Speech &amp; Language Therapists Registration Board at CORU.&nbsp;</li></ul>AND&nbsp;<ul><li>Practitioners must confirm annual registration with CORU to Enable Ireland.&nbsp;</li></ul>Desirable Criteria:&nbsp;<ul><li>Experience of interdisciplinary team working.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with children with disabilities.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience working with children with Eating, Drinking and Swallowing difficulties.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience working with Augmentative &amp; Alternative Communication (AAC).&nbsp;</li></ul>What’s on Offer&nbsp;<ul><li>Competitive Salary: A salary scale of €59,662 - €70,624 (pro rata).&nbsp;</li><li>Generous Annual Leave: 33 days annual leave (pro rata), with additional days for long service recognition.&nbsp;</li><li>Pension Scheme: Access to a contributory pension scheme, including income continuance and death-in-service benefits.&nbsp;</li></ul>Contract Specifics: &nbsp;Location: Meath
