Day Care Centre Coordinator, North Dublin
Our client, an established community and homecare service, is seeking a compassionate and organised Day Care Centre Coordinator to lead the day-to-day operations of its established Day Care Centre for older people, including those living with dementia.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional who is passionate about person-centred care, community engagement and improving the wellbeing of older adults. Responsibilities will include co-ordinating daily centre operations, leading and supporting staff and volunteers, delivering engaging activities and programmes, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding and compliance and managing administration, attendance records and financial reporting.
Key Requirements:
- QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support (or equivalent)
- QQI Level 6 Supervisory Management (or equivalent)
- 3-5 years' experience supporting older people and people living with dementia
- Experience managing a day care or community-based service
- Strong leadership, organisational, and IT skills
- Eligible to work in Ireland
