PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AD-HOC LOCUM, NO CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATION You must have Stamp 1G, Stamp 4, Irish, UK or EU passport.Cardiac ScreeningOnsite Doctor Led Cardiac Screening service that is ultimately aimed at reducing the incidence of Sudden Adult Death Syndrome (SADS)Roles and Responsibilities<ol><li>Personal &amp; Family History Questionnaire</li></ol>This questionnaire is designed to find out if you have a family history of cardiac disease. It will also help us identify any symptoms that may be of concern.<ol><li>Physical Examination with a Medical Doctor</li></ol>A thorough clinical examination will be performed by our on-site doctor, paying particular attention to and entering information into the software:<ul><li>Family history of sudden cardiac death and any symptoms that could lead to concern.</li><li>Waist Circumference assesses the amount of fat in the abdominal region.</li><li>Body Mass Index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height &amp; weight.</li><li>Blood Pressure Recording. This shows the amount of work your heart has to do to pump blood around the body.</li><li>Listening to the heart for murmurs or an irregular heart rhythm.</li><li>Heart rate.</li><li>Stigmata of Marfans syndrome.</li></ul>You are required to complete the patient list provided to you.
