Clinical Nurse Manager 3 – Theatre Services Manager
A large and prestigious private hospital in Dublin 7 is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager 3 – Theatre Services Manager to lead its Theatre Services team. This role is perfect for an experienced perioperative nurse with strong leadership skills looking to join a progressive acute hospital.
Essential Requirements
- Registered General Nurse with current NMBI registration.
- Minimum 10 years' acute hospital experience, including at least 5 years in perioperative nursing.
- Minimum 3 years' management experience at CNM2 level (or equivalent) within a theatre environment.
- Recognised post-registration qualification in Perioperative Nursing.
- Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance and quality improvement.
- A postgraduate qualification in Leadership or Management and experience in clinical audit or service improvement are desirable.
Salary range
- €70,000 - €79,000 per year
