CPL Healthcare are delighted to partner with our client in the recruitment of Social Care Workers for a new children’s residential service supporting children under 12 years of age in Tipperary.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a new and developing organisation focused on delivering safe, nurturing, and child-centred care in a therapeutic residential setting. The successful candidates will support children with their daily routines, emotional wellbeing, development, and social needs while promoting positive outcomes in a caring and supportive environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or relevant discipline
- Early Years graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Full clean driver’s licence preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of the National Standards for Children's Residential Services
Salary range
- €37,500 - €41,000 per year
