Deputy Manager – Under 18's Residential (Social Care Led)
📍 Location: Dublin (1 vacancy in Dalkey & 1 vacancy in Grange Lodge)
🕒 Contract: Permanent, Full-time
💰 Salary from €54,106 - €58,278 per annum
We are currently seeking a Deputy Manager to join a residential service supporting young people aged 15–17 in a safe, structured environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Social Care professional to step into a leadership role and make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day running of the residential centre
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of social care staff
- Ensure high-quality, person-centred care plans are implemented and reviewed
- Promote compliance with HIQA standards and relevant childcare regulations
- Work collaboratively with families and external stakeholders
- Assist in staff supervision, recruitment, and performance management
Requirements:
- Relevant Social Care qualification (CORU recognised)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential childcare
- Strong leadership and staff supervision experience
- Experience supporting young people with complex needs
