Quality Manager – Location Flexible
Our client, a large nursing home group with homes nationally, is seeking applications for the role of Quality Manager. Location is flexible and the portfolio will be built around the candidates geographical location. The successful candidate will be joining an existing team which is expanding due to increased demand for quality service.
You will lead quality and governance initiatives across multiple nursing homes,
ensure compliance with HIQA regulations, conduct audits, develop improvement plans and mentor staff, oversee policy implementation and support staff training and promote a culture of continuous improvement and person-centered care
To be considered for the role, the following criteria will apply:
- Registered Nurse (NMBI) with a postgraduate qualification in healthcare management, quality improvement or clinical governance
- 3–5 years’ experience in quality, governance, or compliance within healthcare
- Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and regulatory requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills
- Full Irish driver’s license and willingness to travel

Salary range
