Role Overview The successful candidate will provide specialist EP services alongside general cardiology care. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive Electrophysiology services, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of arrhythmias. Perform EP studies, device implantations, and ablation procedures (where applicable). Provide outpatient and inpatient cardiology consultations. Work collaboratively with the wider cardiology, nursing, and diagnostic teams. Participate in clinical governance, audit, and service development. Contribute to education and mentorship within the clinic. Candidate Requirements Specialist qualification in Cardiology with accredited training in Electrophysiology. Registration (or eligibility for registration) with the Irish Medical Council (IMC) at Specialist level. Proven clinical experience in EP procedures and arrhythmia management. Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centred care skills. Commitment to high clinical standards and continuous professional development.
