Supervising Pharmacist - Roscommon
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervising Pharmacist to join a busy, independent community pharmacy based in Roscommon.

Key Responsibilities
As Supervising Pharmacist, your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with patients, suppliers and the local community
• Dispensing prescriptions efficiently and accurately while adhering to all regulatory and professional standards
• Providing professional advice and delivering high-quality patient care
• Monitoring stock levels and liaising with suppliers to ensure availability of required medications
• Ensuring all paperwork is accurate, up to date and compliant with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the pharmacy
• Supervising, supporting and developing the pharmacy team
• Working closely with the pharmacy owners to ensure the pharmacy operates efficiently
• Supporting and mentoring pharmacy students and developing the next generation of pharmacists

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A BSc (Pharm) or MPharm qualification
• Registration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• The ability to work independently and take initiative
• A patient-focused approach to community pharmacy
• A willingness to support and mentor colleagues and students
