Cpl Healthcare is currently recruiting NMBI Registered Staff Nurses on behalf of a number of leading nursing home groups across Ireland.

Requirements

• Active NMBI registration (PIN number required)
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong commitment to high standards of resident care
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Previous experience in elderly care, nursing homes, community care, or acute settings is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with best practice standards
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate resident care
• Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical records
• Support residents to maintain dignity, independence and quality of life
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, residents and families
• Promote a safe and caring environment at all times
