Staff Nurse (RGN/RPN/RNID) - Residential Services | Cork
Cpl Healthcare is currently recruiting Staff Nurses for residential disability services across Cork City and West Cork.
This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced nurses and newly qualified graduates to join a well-established organisation supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and autism in a residential setting.

- Registered Nurses in Intellectual Disability (RNID)
The Role
As a Staff Nurse, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering person-centred care and support to adults with intellectual disabilities and autism. You will play a key role in promoting independence, wellbeing, and quality of life while ensuring the highest standards of nursing care are maintained.
This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive environment committed to delivering high-quality services and positive outcomes for service users.
Requirements
- Nursing qualification and active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
- Open to experienced nurses and newly qualified graduates
- Knowledge of, or an interest in, supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and person-centred practice
- Full clean driving licence with the ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
- Full eligibility to work in Ireland
