Social Care Workers and Leaders

TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Social Care Team Leader and a Social Care Worker on behalf of a leading disability service based in Kilkenny and Tipperary south.

These are full-time permanent contract working a 39-hour week.

Team Leaders work Monday to Friday!

Salary for Team Leader€46,466 - €55,244 per annum DOE plus on call rate of €3,904 should you wish to partake.

Salary for Socia Care Worker: €39,088 - €56,349 per annum

An extra 4% pay increase will apply at the end of 2026.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a Level 7 on the QQI Framework BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent relevant qualification in Health or Social Care or in a relevant professional discipline.
• At least 2 years management experience at a similar level of responsibility for Team leaders and 1 years experience working with vulnerable adults or individuals with intellectual disabilities for the Social Care worker.
• At least 3 years’ experience in the health/social care or voluntary sector for the Social care leader.
• Detailed understanding of developments at national and sectoral level in relation to quality and safety within disability services.
• Proficient IT skills relevant to the role, to include Microsoft Office Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive & Teams.
• A full drivers licence is an essential requirement for all applicants
