Key Responsibilities:
- Support individuals in developing self-care and independent living skills.
- Provide person-centered care that meets each individual's varied needs.
- Ensure best practices are followed in line with regulatory standards.
- Promote community integration and positive mental health.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and care plans.
- Minimum QQI Level 7 qualification in Social Care, Health Care, or equivalent.
- CORU Registered of proof of CORU application
- Knowledge of best practice standards in residential care settings.
- Strong communication, IT, report writing, and planning skills.
- Full Driving Licence (essential).
- Legal right to work in Ireland without restriction.
- Garda Vetting required.
- Passion for upholding individuals' rights and working in a dynamic, caring environment.
