About the Role
We are hiring Social Care Workers for established residential services in Longford. Candidates must hold a Level 7 Social Care qualification and be eligible for, or in process of, CORU registration. Full CORU guidance provided.

Essential Requirements

• Level 7 Social Care (or equivalent)

• Experience in disability or residential care

• Knowledge of HIQA and person-centred practice

• Full driving licence

• Eligible to work in Ireland

• CORU Registered / in process

Key Duties

• Provide day-to-day support, personal care and life-skills assistance

• Promote independence, dignity and meaningful choice

• Support community participation and structured activities

• Maintain a safe, supportive environment

• Work rostered shifts incl. evenings/weekends/sleepovers
