Essential

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A minimum Level 7/8 qualification in Social Care or related discipline
• Experience working with children, young people, or adults in care
• Strong knowledge of HIQA, Children First, and safeguarding
• Full clean driving licence (advantage but not essential)
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
• CORU registration / in process
