Social Care Worker – Full Time

📍 County Limerick (Rural Residential Setting)

💰 Salary from €37,468 per year

We’re currently recruiting on behalf of one of our clients for a full-time Social Care Worker to join their residential service in County Limerick. This is a great opportunity to be part of a supportive team working in a person-centred environment with an individual who has additional needs, including behaviours that challenge.

Because the service is based in a rural location, having your own transport would be beneficial.

What we’re looking for:

• A Level 7 qualification in Health & Social Care (or similar) – essential
• At least 2 years’ experience supporting individuals with behaviours that challenge
• CORU registration desirable
• Flexibility to work day, night and sleepover shifts

Duties:

• Supporting a resident in a respectful, person-centred way
• Encouraging independence and daily living skills
• Following care plans and working with a wider team
• Helping to create a safe, positive and structured environment
