Social Care Worker

Excel Recruitment are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a leading healthcare provider. We are currently seeking a Social Care Worker for a residential service in Rivendell, West Waterford.

Location: Rivendell, West Waterford

Hours: Full-time

Contract: 3-month contract minimum

Duties of the Social Care Worker:

• Provide high-quality care and support tailored to individual needs
• Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing
• Support daily living activities and community participation
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with care plans
• Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Social Care Worker must:

• Hold a recognised qualification in Social Care or related field
• Ideally have previous experience in a social care setting
• Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Be flexible to work day and waking night shifts
• Have a strong commitment to safeguarding and professional standards
