Orange Recruitment is partnering with leading organisations in Dublin and Kildare to recruit dedicated Social Care Professionals across Adult Disability Services and Children's Special Care Units.

Roles Available:

• Social Care Worker - Adult Residential & Community Services
• Social Care Worker - Children's Residential & Special Care Units

Description:

• Providing person-centred care and support in line with HIQA/Children First standards
• Promoting independence, safeguarding, and empowerment
• Supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and complex behaviours
• Implementing care plans, positive behaviour support, and risk management strategies
• Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care

Essential:

• Level 7/8 Degree in Social Care or equivalent qualification
• Knowledge of HIQA regulations / Children First
• Experience working in disability, residential, or youth settings (preferred)
• Full clean driving licence (an advantage)
• CORU registration / in process
