Social Care Manager - Childrens Residential

We are seeking a Person in Charge/Residential Service Manager to lead a Children’s Residential Service in Cork.

This is a full time position with some on-call requirements. We are seeking a Manager who is committed to a child-centred, relationship-focused approach grounded in empathy, respect, and consistency. You will oversee the running of two residential centers 30-40 mins from Cork City.

📝Applicants must be CORU registered, and eligible for registration as a PIC with HIQA. You must have a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in Children's Residential Services (3 of which in management) , a QQI level 6 in leadership or working towards same, plus a full clean driving licence.
