Service Manager

TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Service Manager on behalf of a leading disability service based in Blackrock, Dublin. This is a brand new service to this Section 39 organisation.

This service provides quality services to adults with physical, sensory, and neurological disabilities who require medium to high levels of support.

Location: Blackrock, Dublin

Salary: € 57,012.17 - 69,604.95

Contract: Permanent full time – 37 hours per week - Hybrid model with 2 days working from home.

Essential Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

• Third-level qualification or relevant professional qualification (Level 8 minimum)
• Minimum 3 years’ management experience in the disability, social care, or healthcare sector.
• Experience in leading teams, operational planning, and managing budgets.
• Knowledge of HIQA regulations, safeguarding, and national disability standards.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Strong IT literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, workforce management systems).
• Eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland and fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel and use of their own car

Desirable

• Experience in strategic planning and new service development.
• Knowledge of the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Act 2015.
