Ideal candidate
You will have experience working with adults with complex nutritional needs, ideally within disability, community, primary care or a related clinical setting.
Experience in home enteral tube feeding, complex nutrition support, disability services, and multidisciplinary community working would be a strong advantage.

- Work closely with adults with disabilities, families, carers, nursing teams, medical teams and the wider multidisciplinary team to support continuity and quality of care.
- Travel across Galway, Mayo and Roscommon as required to deliver dietetic services, home visits and service-user reviews.
- Maintain high-quality clinical documentation, governance standards and safe practice in line with service policies and CORU requirements.
- Contribute to service development, audit, quality improvement and the implementation of nutrition support pathways within the adult disability service.
- Provide education and guidance to service users, families, carers and staff on nutrition support and enteral feeding care, as appropriate.
