As PIC/DON, you will provide strong clinical and operational leadership, ensuring the highest standards of care, supporting and developing staff and fostering a positive culture throughout the home. This role is ideally suited to a passionate clinical leader who is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for older people while building and leading a high-performing team.

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

• Active NMBI registration.
• A post-registration qualification in Healthcare Management.
• A post-registration qualification in Gerontology or Dementia Care (desirable).
• A minimum of 6 years' post-registration nursing experience.
• At least 3 years' experience in a nursing home setting.
• At least 3 years' experience in a management or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and support a multidisciplinary team.
• Proven clinical expertise and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding care to older persons.
