💶 €54,440 – €63,976 per annum

We are currently recruiting Persons in Charge / Social Care Leaders on behalf of our client for services across Ballinrobe and Castlebar, Co. Mayo.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Social Care professionals looking to take the next step in their leadership career. As Person in Charge, you will lead, coach and support a dedicated staff team while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services that enable individuals to live meaningful and fulfilling lives.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Leading, mentoring and developing staff teams
• Ensuring high-quality, person-centred service delivery
• Supporting individuals with high and/or complex needs
• Driving service development, innovation and continuous improvement
• Working collaboratively with families, multidisciplinary teams and community partners
• Ensuring compliance with HIQA standards and regulations
• Supporting service planning, budget management and quality improvement

What We’re Looking For

• Relevant Level 7 qualification in Social Care or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years' managerial or supervisory experience within the social care sector
• Management qualification
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations
• Full driver's licence
• CORU registration is desirable, or a willingness to work towards registration
