CPL Healthcare is accepting CVs from experienced Social Care professionals for a Person in Charge role supporting individuals with disabilities in Longford for our renowned client who offers residential services for individuals with disabilities.

🧩 The Role

Lead residential services, ensure top-quality care, and maintain full compliance with HIQA and Department of Health standards. Experience supporting individuals with autism is a strong advantage.

✅ What You’ll Need

• 3+ years’ management experience in Social Care
• Level 7+ qualification (Social Care or similar)
• Level 6 Management qualification
• Experience in residential services
• Knowledge of HIQA standards
• Full driver’s licence 🚗
