Enhanced Respite Service

TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Person in Charge/Clinical Nurse Manager on behalf of an enhanced respite service that supports children and adults with Intellectual Disabilities and/or Autistic Spectrum Disorder and/or Challenging Behaviour and/or Physical / Sensory Disability.

This is an ideal role for a Social Care Manager who loves variety. It’s a brand new service but the centre will be fully established and set up prior to the successful candidate joining the team. The post comes with an excellent support system.

Location: Abbeyknockmoy, Galway

Reporting to: Area Manager

Salary range: €58000 to €63000 per annum

This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday. Very little on call required with this post due to the support systems put in place.

Requirements:

• Degree in Applied Social Studies in Social Care/Nursing or equivalent/similar
• If you are a nurse, you must be fully registered with NMBI
• A post registration management qualification in health or a related field.
• Not less than 3 years’ experience in a management capacity in the health and Social Care area and
• Level of knowledge and experience of dealing with HIQA and
• Experience of working in a care environment for adults and children with Intellectual Disabilities and/or Autism.
• CORU is not an essential requirement

• Salary: €58,000 to €63.000 per annum paid monthly
